SO MANY THINGS! The staff are some of the nicest and more hospitable people I have ever met! (Shout out Brenda, Trish, and Becca). The YMCA just feels like a nice place to take care of yourself, with a community that cares about each other.

Lots of class options and an indoor pool. The only things I wish Moody had are Friday 5:30 PM class offerings in strength, as well as earlier aquatic classes during the week (again at 5 ish).

I like the wide range of activities and classes available. I have participated in aqua fitness classes for about 18 years. My husband uses the gym equipment. There’s something for everyone.
