Absolutely everything, the staff( the absolute best ), the community of friends ( they give me so much support in this journey), the trainers( none better, especially Lincoln), state of the art equipment.
The many classes for seniors by Lisa are outstanding. Please continue them. I come to the Y three times a week for these classes.
And the EGYM equipment makes this type of exercise more effective and more interesting.
The facilities are always clean and well-maintained.
I love that they have affordable prices for low income families daycare and even discounts on sports.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at the Frisco Family YMCA. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. The staff is friendly, supportive, and the environment feels welcoming for all ages.
A special appreciation for the Power Dance, Aerobics, and Zumba classes, my daughters are absolutely fans! The instructors bring amazing energy, keep every session fun, and make everyone feel included. It’s truly one of the highlights of their week.
Overall, the YMCA has been a fantastic addition to our family’s fitness routine. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy the YMCA, especially PWRFIT. I have a request for the men's locker room. Can you please put one of those silver stations that has the sanitary wipes in the locker room? It would be nice to be able to wipe off the bench before I sit on it. Guys can be pretty gross. LOL. Also, is there a chance the white towels will return to the Y? I've heard that other branches still offer towels. Thanks.
I love to attend Cynthia Lunn and Rachel H Zumba sessions!! Even though the Frisco YMCA facility is about 30 mins away from my house (I live in Plano, about 4-5 mins away from Plano facility) I don't mind driving all the way there to attend their sessions.

The only thing is, classes are getting more and more crowded. The instructors and classes are great, but sometimes a lil' too crowded.
Friendly and clean
The front desk greets you as you’re coming and leaving the YMCA in Frisco. It shows that your WELCOMED and they appreciate your business. Unfortunately Not all YMCA operate like Frisco YMCA location.
A caring environment with friendly staff and a wide variety of classes to choose from.
Games and practices were close to home. Coaches were friendly and officials were professional eventhough they were student age.
