I like being locked into a price that will not increase if prices suddenly increase. I like paying 12 months of the year rather than having huge bills 3 to 4 months of the year. I like that customer service helped me when I didn't understand what I needed to do to receive this kind of plan. Customer service helped me and didn't try and make extra money off of me. Excellent!!
