Rymes has always been very helpful & easy to work with. When we had an issue with our propane furnace recently, Rymes sent a technician that day & he was very helpful & took care of the issue. We also put in an order for propane & it was delivered within a few days from the order.

My only complaint….not informed of the name of the company charging my card on file. Thought it was a bogus charge. Out of NY when I am in NH?! Customers should have been informed of how this would show on their accounts in this day and age of fraud
