Timely delivery and decent price for customer owned tank.

So many propane companies get all bent out of shape if you own your own tank, or don't want to be on a delivery schedule. We do both, and Rymes has never given us any problems with this arrangement. It's easy to schedule appointments, and deliveries happen within days.

And that's just propane delivery. They are wonderful when the ignitor in our water heater needs to be replaced. The understand we use it for more than hot water, and are almost always out here the next day.

I was worried when they were purchased by a non-local company, but I didn't need to be. They provide the same wonderful service since the purchase as they did before.

The service has always been excellent and the people who answer the phone are fantastic and represent the company very well. The technicians are great too. I am very happy with Rymes and would definitely refer them especially for propane. The oil prices are a materially higher than the competition but for propane they are very competitive. Would highly recommend.

The addition of remote detection of propane level. I only use propane for heating my pool, but the tanks are in the back part of my yard, being out of sight, out of mind. This means it is nice that Rymes shows up when I need a refill, and doesn't show up when I don't.
