I've always liked Rymes service and friendliness. I'm not so fond of Superior. They aren't as friendly or helpful and sometimes are rude. But I do like Rymes. Wish they hadn't merged.

I like the ability to have automatic refills. I like that the delivery person doesn't let snow, wind or rain stand in their way of getting to the gas tanks. I like that I can call for a refill if needed (for generator use). I like that I can pay online.

The rep who took my phone call was nice and put in my request properly and my oil was delivered in a timely manner. When I went to turn on my heat it would not come on. I did mention twice that I was completely out and it was never mentioned that my line would need to be “bled” which is a term I did not know and was later told by a friend. I just wished this was mentioned at the time of my call so I didn’t have to go another two days without heat
