Oil is oil, but the difference is in the Customer Service component of a business. Rymes is very good in the Customer Service aspect of business, although, I will say, sometimes the "wait" time can be rather long, and I don't care for the music. The delivery drivers are always very pleasant. The in-house service techs do a great job.
All in all, Rymes is a great company to do business with.

Like the convenience of budget plan and automatic delivery. When we needed any service of equipment it was done quickly. Only complaint I have pertains to the furnace cleaning special you have. In the past when your service people were involved there weren't any problems. This past summer you had I Know A Guy doing the work and he never returned my call to let me know if he could or could not do the cleaning special for you. Other than that no complaints.

I never ever have to worry about oil or propane delivery. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Thank you for being loyal to your customers!!
