I have never had an issue but having to wait a week for a delivery seems long to me. The digital age is great but I had liked when I got a notice on my door telling me the oil was delivered. I am disabled and had to go down into the basement to see if my tank was filled. This survey and my bank account were the only notices I received..kind of disappointing
