Customer service is getting better - the wait time to speak to a representative by telephone was too long the last couple of years - most representatives are helpful. It would be nice to actually speak to a representative in my hometown. Also, I wish the dispatcher wouldn’t wait until the oil tank is below 1/4 especially in the winter. We have a challenging driveway & I try to connect with Rymes to coordinate a good time so the truck driver can easily come down the driveway & sometimes that can be frustrating for me - some representatives don’t understand that I’m trying to work WITH Rymes.
