Except for the one time you forgot to deliver and we ran out of oil ! We are on Automatic Delivery so I didn’t expect to run out. The Supervisor that blamed it on Covid? But Sir it’s 2022? Not 2020 or 21? Being on Automatic Delivery I expected you to pay to clean and restart Our Furnace. Silly me, it’s not your Problem when you let Customers on Automatic Delivery run dry? So we were out $200. He told me that there was no Bonus to having Automatic Delivery. Aren’t you glad you asked me how I felt?
