I lost power due to the storm over the weekend. I have a generator that runs on propane. The electric company could not give me a definitive time frame as to when power would be restored so I was concerned I might run out of propane due to using my generator for 3+ days. I called Rymes and they were very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure I had a delivery as soon as possible. It went a long way to reducing my stress levels! I am very grateful!

The ability to select from a variety of quantities rather than having to fill our large tank works well with our family's needs. Also, our delivery driver (gentleman with a red beard) for years now is always friendly and goes above and beyond each time when he has to navigate our long, steep and sometimes a little snowy driveway.
