Me and my family love the Ymca we have been members for 9 yrs now they have everything you can think of. We love the staff and camp is the best. My daughter has tried other camps and always preferences the YMCA camp.
The Y offers all areas of sports,cooking,swimming etc what more could you ask for.
Staff was great and activities were great, my kid never wanted to leave! Very well organized and communication was constant. We loved it and will be enrolling again next summer.

This is my grandsons 3rd summer there. The programs are wonderful. The boys love Gaga ball, archery, swimming and brining home what they made from the camp garden.
My daughter absolutely LOVES it, and I love that every day I get an email with an update for what went on during the day. Even though it's not child specific, it at least gives me talking points to bring up with my daughter so that I can hear more about it!
My kiddos absolutely love camp. The many activities and field trips keep them busy and entertained all day! I also appreciate the consistency of your camp employees - I see the same faces year after year and they know my kids. Great job!

My kids love camp so much! Very organized and communicative. I felt safe sending them there. My only request would be to allow 1-2 days a week as opposed to a 3 day minumum.
The Y always provides great care for my kids. As a mom it muses me very comfortable to leave my kids in such capable and caring genes. The staff are wonderful and make sure my kids have a great time
The parents are kept informed and the kids have plenty of room to enjoy what they like (campers choice). My daughter always comes back with stories of new programming (messy week, color wars, etc). There has been improvement in her swimming stages and shes making alot of new friends@!

My son has been a camper since before COVID. The staff, the counselors and LIT’s as well as CIT’s are well prepared to make a great memorable summer for our kids. My son started there 8 years ago after a nightmare at a town camp and he loves every second of Camp Elwood!
Best decision…
The programs have provided my child the opportunity to try and learn so many new things. He has become much more communicative and social and has made so many new friends. He's become more independent and has a much stronger sense of self.
The activities are unique. The garden is my son’s absolute favorite. Each week he looks forward to Wednesday special guests and the programming has been very engaging. It’s also amazing he is able to get swim lessons each day and enjoy the water during free swim too.

You have a great staff. The camp counselers are really good kids. Very respectful and very good with the younger kids. I would recommend anyone and everyone to send their children here. Beyond happy I chose to send my daughter here and next year my 6 year old son will be going as well. Thank you to all of you that work hard rain or shine and do what you do with the kids. You're all camp counselors of the week in my book. Keep doing what you do because it's awesome!

The camp at the YMCA is amazing! So many options for all ages. Specifically my daughter who is 12 and that is such a hard age as they are in between things. The camp was amazing at communication and also my kid had an amazing time. They felt they had some freedom, independence and choice but also support. Thank you so much. You made this summer a wonderful experience
My kiddos are happy and excited to tell me all about their camp adventures. They especially love their counselors. I appreciate that they come home tired and pumped up for another day.
