Wide variety for all ages
Beautiful Y and friendly staff!
Friendly staff; clean fitness room
I go to Y for lap swimming and it’s awesome. Love the Y.
I would like for you to have later hours past 8:30 PM. Perhaps even a trial where 1-2 nights a week you stay open later and see what usage looks like. Would be very beneficial and I know is something that is stopping some of our friends from joining.
Everything is so professionally conducted from the moment we walk in... premises clean, staff helpful!
Me and Gabbi loves everything YMCA, when we are there everyone is like family we had been members for a long long time! We enjoy all the programs and activities and also a safe environment at all times.

indoor and outdoor pools are excellent!
I enjoy the group classes. The people are friendly and the instructors are very helpful and encouraging.
Such a variety of options offered - from Zumba and other classes to free weights and machines to swimming and track! Great teachers and trainers, too.
Quality of exercise instructors, the indoor track, the kindness of the staff, the exercise room. The pool are a not yet for me but is definitely on my to do list, especially aqua aerobics. I am an active senior.
So much to love about the Foxboro YMCA - the helpful, professional and friendly staff, the facility, the variety of classes, the pool and the charitable organization that you are, attending to the needs of the community. Live strong was particularly important to me and what was what introduced me to the Foxboro Y. Thank you!
The variety of classes, the pool and the people who attend.
There are a lot of different classes from “ studio classes “ to water aerobics , to weight lifting and machines to work out with . I have limited ability to use certain parts of my body for working out . I wish there were still a Wednesday morning Zumba class or at least a Wednesday morning water class . I also wish there were some easier Saturday & Sunday morning studio classes as they’re all in my opinion advanced classes and not obtainable for someone with my limitations. I would prefer to remain anonymous. Thank you .
I started at the Y as a Livestrong participant and loved the people and the program so much I continued a in Strong and signed up my husband to work out with me. For the last 9 months, I’ve been able to work out at least twice weekly. I love the classes and the fact that I can go to any of the Ys to try out or attend any class given. This gives me and my workout buddies the flexibility to attend classes together depending on our schedules.
My physical condition has greatly improved with a loss of almost 70 pounds ( I have also been dieting) and my strength, stamina and flexibility is greater, better and noticeable.
I love the classes. The gym and equipment are always clean and in good working condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. Instructors are fabulous! My only complaint is the hours- the Y used to open at 5:15 which allowed me to work out before work- now I can’t as you open at 5:30. Those 15 minutes make a huge difference. Please consider changing the opening time back to 5:15.
I enjoy the varied collective classes being offered, like yoga, barre, various dance classes. There are swimming pools indoor and outdoor, gym area for gymnastics, basketball court and pickleball court, which I participate from time to time. There is a mini indoor track. The weight room is big and has enough machines for everyone to strengthen every muscles in the body. The staff is friendly and welcoming everyone.
Love ZUMBA and clean ladies room.
Variety of classes and nice facilities
I like the programs dedicated to treating Parkinson’s Disease.
Great staff
Clean facility
Takes care of entire families in need
Responsive & nice staff
Not too crowded and friendly atmosphere!
Broad range of physical activities are supported and Staff is always willing to guide newbies.
I have often suggested that a colleague consider joining the Y. The response is invariably "The Y is too expensive". In many cases the person explained that he/she was a member in the past, but stopped due to cost.
Comment: Given my age, it's fair to say that this observation applies only to people over 65.

Great variety with great instructors
