The level monthly charge on the auto pay option is very helpful in budgeting our costs. Also the automatic refill of our tank based on the company's estimate of our propane usage is both comforting in the knowledge that we are unlikely to run out of fuel due to the company's refill policy and helpful in reducing the number of times we need to check the propane level in the tank.
