Professional and service delivery is usually on time before running out of propane. Price per gallon is very high and that is my only complaint. Like to see Osterman be more competitive with other vendors rates.
We've never had any problems. There was one time recently when we were quite low and we're set up for automatic delivery so I was confused as to why we hadn't received a delivery. That would have been a problem if I hadn't checked my account as my husband doesn't check it and he's quite ill so having no heat would have been a huge problem. I called and was told that it was likely due to some inclement weather that we were having. I was assured that we had enough and that a delivery would be made the next day. It was and we were fine but if I understood correctly whoever is in charge wasn't aware that we were that low. We are happy with our service and product.
