With no heat and a gas smell in my apartment, I called Osterman office. Both ladies I spoke with helped and guided me until a technician arrived, who found both tanks were empty, and so, refilled them. he also did a full safety check in the apartment. He gave me full instructions on managing and monitoring the tanks, and understanding the gas smell (normal when tanks are out of fuel).
A second technician came after that to restart the furnace..with more instructions for me. Everyone was totally efficient, patient and informative. I'm confident and pleased with the Osterman service and relieved to have the Osterman crew ready to respond to a concern.

once in a while, but nothing that would cause us to go looking for a new supplier.
Prompt service and billing
Recently had a safety check. The Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He detected a leak and identified the source quickly. It was on the body of a shutoff valve. He replaced the valve and retested, everything good.
The bill was very reasonable, less than $100.
I had to establish a new account as I hadn't needed gas for a long time, but that process was fairly easy.
Overall I am very happy with Osterman and all the employees I have been in contact with. Definitely recommend using them!!!
Prompt service in an emergency out of propane situation
I have your services for about 6 years for home heating. The heating season I was advised that I could save on my heating bills if I were to pledge to continue with your services. To my disappointment I did not learn of this service until my 6th year. In other words I would of save a lot of money if I was made aware in my first year.
I believe your office should make the offer at the beginning of any services offered by your company.
