All the drivers are so friendly and personable. If I seem to be a little low and I’m not scheduled yet, you do pull it up on your schedule for me.
I have been a customer for over 30 years. I came to them when another dealer ran me out of propane in the middle of a deep freeze. They helped me and my 2 sisters out then and have been great to have ever since. 2 years ago I added a couple of tanks to service a new pool and they were able to add services and coordinated with me and other contractors to get the job done seamlessly. I take advantage of their Pre-Buy program and whenever I call with a question the local office is great to deal with. I highly recommend Osterman Propane.
