Every fuel deliverer I have dealt with has walked or trudged through snow of all depths to complete a delivery. Expecting the homeowner,especially elderly, to clear a path for a younger, fitter, and I assume, healthier individual to reach the tank connection seems inconsiderate, and unnecessary.

The delivery driver who delivered Fuel and did pressure test on Sunday was efficient and caring. My heat was restored within an hour of his first call. The service person who came on Monday was informative and helped me understand the heating system. The office staff in the service department is overworked and shorthanded causing delays with customer communication.
I like that I can monitor my propane. I also like that you can space out your payments if necessary. With the high cost of everything, this is really nice.

I liked the way the tanks were replaced and the professionalism of the installers.
This is my first year with Osterman so I don't have the advantage of a years service. I had to call for a delivery because I wasn't put on automatic delivery as I had asked but hopefully this has been taken care of. Other than that so far so good. Thank you.
