I called to get my propane tank filled. The person on the phone was great and my tank was filled promptly.
Although we use only for a whole house generator, we do appreciate the service Osterman supplies in checking periodically the level of the gas.

I like the automatic delivery and the website - it was confusing paying the bill as I didn't know who to make it payable to as the bill was in Superior Plus at the top and Osterman underneath.
We also always got an envelope to mail the check in but there wasn't any this time. I had to call and was told to send it to Mass or Montville - it was all just confusing

Working with people like myself on fixed incomes is very important, by keeping the price of propane very reasonable for us!!! We pre-pay every year so we can continue to get a lower price per gallon. Even though prices per gallon go up every year, this company has always worked with us to keep the price per gallon low.

I love that they have automatic delivery. They are always very professional when they come. I just wish they would go back to doing repairs again on furnaces and cleaning furnaces.
