I cannot tell a lie. I almost left Osterman before the buyout because their customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. Thankfully I stuck it out. I still cannot log in online with my personal computer so I have to login through work. but that’s something with my firewall. Response time when I called was on point. The last two people I have spoken to on the phone were not dismissive at all, like I had experienced before. I ordered fuel online and it arrived the next day. The price was actually lower than competitors. Glad I stuck around
