They came to my house checked everything for safety then showed what they did and why they did it which allowed me to learn more about my propane fireplace. Overall very informative and great job! Then couple days later we got a delivery of propane the delivery guy was quick and quiet, great job guys!

The people who answer the phone at the office act like they are pleased to help you - no matter what the issue at hand is and spend enough time with you making certain you are satisfied with their answers. Driver of delivery truck is personable and willing to explain what she is doing. The guy who came to inspect the tank (I think this was Nick) obviously knew what he was doing and was extremely thorough. The guy who came to set up for the new tank, Neal, was helpful, personable and willing to explain what he was doing. If all your employees are this customer oriented - and I see no reason why they wouldn't be - you will have a loyal following till the ends of time.
