Online ordering and prompt deliveries
I have been with stiles fuel from way back in the day when it was Bob and Fred. Maybe
back in 1976, Things have changed over the years, but stiles fuel was always there
when we had a problem.
We all know that things change when small companies merge with a larger co. You become
a number and you don't have the personal contact like a family when the company was small.
We have been a customer for many years and never took on another co. Even when there
cost was lower then stiles.
Question: Do you have records going back that far?

It was slow going at first and I needed to make calls to move things along - but in the end, all the tanks and the propane needed to fill them and the setup went very smoothly. Most pleased with the people at Stiles and Superior who helped me.
Once the wheels turned, the process moved quickly and that was most pleasing to me.

I called to have my two propane tanks refilled. Because it had been quite a while, my tanks had been put on abandoned status, but the woman at the office fixed that, then put in a service ticket, and the tanks were filled that afternoon. Very nice, thank you!
