Melissa helped me sell and buy several rental houses this year and there is no other realtor I'd rather work with. She is very knowledgeable and works extremely hard. When ever I called, text'd or emailed she responded quickly and when looking to buy she sent listings regularly. When doing walk throughs if the house was not a fit she had no problem telling me. She would rather help her client even if it meant walking away from a sale. I highly recommend .
