Despite building much slower, Ichijo has much higher quality and attention to detail than other builders. The lone setback is the contracting crew was sloppy. The homebuying experience was hassle free for the most part, with the only issues being with the individual agent not having a great grasp of leap year and telling us incorrect dates as an out of state transplant.
