We have a great group that plays basketball in the mornings. We appreciate getting that hoop raised back up to 10’ and keeping the floor clean.
The staff is welcoming and all of various rooms and pools are clean.
I love the variety of equipment and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kids zone staff is amazing. Though, sometimes kid zone will close early if there isn't enough staff and they won't alert you through the app like they do the other cancellations.

Love the staff and the facility...do not love the lack of cleanliness! I have indicated this several times over the years. The men's locker room is filthy. Lack of mopping in the entire area, showers are moldy, lockers inside and out are dirty. Need to get a cleaning crew who deep cleans and is on a regular schedule. Also, soap dispensers are empty and/or missing and air filter is rarely changed. There was a leak in one of the shower stalls that leaked for weeks! I just don't understand. Outside of of the men's locker room, I love the Kirk Family Y. Please clean the locker rooms!!

I enjoy the clean and inviting facility. Kirk staff is always friendly and personable. They offer great equipment options and fun fitness classes! The sauna is also always a must when visiting.

I have traveled around the country and this particular YMCA is one of the best maintained, friendly staff, and excellent equipment.

Kirk Family Y is beautiful, big, and has great staff. I like the vibe and diversity of clientele.
One suggestion: cleaner / nicer women’s bathroom. They don’t smell very good and there are often little flying bugs in the shower. Also, what is up with the “No boys over 5 in the women’s bathrooms”?? That’s insane. Think about it. A tiny boy 5 year old boy fending for themselves in the men’s locker room. That’s actually DANGEROUS! There are pedophiles out there. Come on Y - you can do better.
Staff is friendly, good selection of equipment, not too crowded
My favorite is Craig's Aqua Fitness class! I always look forward to coming to the pool for class. It's such a great workout, especially with the addition of dumbbell weights. It's also a great community to be a part of.
Friendly staff, plenty of equipment, and a cool historical building in a downtown location.
I like that they changed the hours to fit the needs of people that work late. I wish they would accommodate a better price for adults over 75 yrs of age that do not have silver sneakers.
