I use the pools 3 times a week. And have for 15 years. Because I am semi-retired, I am able to use the facility during its “ quiet times”.Often I have the womens locker room to myself. The showers and locker room are very clean. The large pool is clean ( almost always) and well supervised. The small pool is too warm but I’m glad it’s there when the big pool is busy. I love my Y.

All the classes that are available to members. The exercise machines, the friendly faces of greeters upon entering. Meeting new people. The cleanliness of the facility. I'm happy I finally joined, persuaded by a friend.
My experience with the people I come in contact with at the YMCA They are knowledgeable courteous individuals people. and caring very experience. So I’m very happy to say that I am willing to recommend anyone to come to the YMCA and experience for themselves..

Many different methods on staying physically, active and healthy
My experience thus far has been good. The staff is very helpful and polite. I did not realize the facility was as large as it is. I like the fact that no one is hovering over you and you can work at your own pace.

Apologies but from stories I hear (no direct evidence )
women's locker room has more privacy and individual dressing space.
Men's locker crowded - more lockers than space to get dressed.
Space is at a premium.
Also make more 6:15/ 8:00 AM aquacise classes.
Have it all days of week (increase from MWF to MTWThF)) and/or add additional later classes.
The camarade of the people in my classes, the availability of the varity of the classes, not to forget the wonderful instructors.
Convenient
Well I only.go to the small pool. I love the classes, and the teacher is great. There are other activities Ive participated in previously and they are all great. It's a beautiful community of people to be around most of the time.
The facility itself is clean, comfortable, upgraded often. It's a great place to be a part of.
I only wish I could get there more often. I have paid for months and never had any consideration for paying consistently, even when I couldn't come. I wish I could get a percentage of the months I missed. (lol)

Staff and members are really nice, love how vibrant the Y is with so much going on.
Varied workout - I’ve been filling these out for years, not much changes…
No light weight medicine balls in boxing room.
No access to functional training room - there’s equipment in there that is needed, especially the manual treadmill…
I love the Y - but these simple requests are never addressed.
Fabulous staff and facilities! New member in the last few months and can’t wait to try some classes! I’m in love with the pool.
