The wide choice of bikes and accessories.
And the possibility to test not only road or mountain bikes, but gravel and city bikes, too (although, in a such big store, I would have liked to see at least one touring bikes as 520 or 1120).

I would like to have different color varieties of shoes but thanks to stuff who are very friendly and helpful, I could find right size for me.
From the time I entered to the store and left, every one was so helpful and their product knowledge was responding perfectly to my questions.

The staff there it was super nice and helpful, they really care about your Comfort and of course the best option for your pocket without pressure to buy somenthing, they adjust the bikes to fit your needs and offer you coffe or tea. Make you really feel proud to be part of the trek family bikes. In my case is the second trek ebike that a bought and I'm super happy with my ebike totally recommend the brand. The are always there for you. Greetings

Mi sono recato al punto Trek per una prestazione meccanica.
L’Addetto molto cortese e competente ha provveduto con professionalità e in tempi celeri a riconsegnarmi la mia È-Bike, aggiornandomi sulle programmazioni di manutenzione che il centro offre.
Mi è stato offerto anche un caffè e ho potuto fare una panoramica del negozio.
Avevamo bisogno di un centro Trek a Verona, complimenti.

Quality of Trek bike, I still use a Trek MTB purchased in 1992
I do not like to purchase a bike in a kind of supermarket with many brands.
