My daughter has been attending math classes here for the past two years, and we’ve had a truly positive experience. She genuinely enjoys coming to class, which speaks volumes about the teaching methods used. I really appreciate that each student is assigned an individual teacher, allowing for more personalized attention. Last week, both my children were attending sleep-away summer camp. Upon their return, they both said to me at different times, "When are we going to math? It feels like we haven't been there in a long time! I miss seeing the instructors." This speaks to the amazing people who support the children and truly invest in their lives. I am THANKFUL to each of these individuals.
When I first signed my daughters up for Mathnasium, I was hopeful that the service would help them do well in math class at school. I remember Sean telling me that they might not always enjoy attending math, especially after the novelty wore off. He was right - but we are well beyond that now. Attending Mathnasium has done so much more than that - they are more confident in school, more positive in every respect because they feel capable and competent.
My kids have been going to mathnasium from past 3 years. Both kids developed tremendous confidence and felt fully supported during their high school years. I would highly recommend it to people whose kids repent math, love math but lack confidence, or simply just want to have a good practice to keep good grades.

Amazing, from start to finish. We engaged with Mathnasium after my grade 11 son who has always been strong in math failed his first 2 tests. They have been attentive, approachable, flexible when life happens, and extremely supportive. Would highly recommend for all levels/grades.
Students learn more than just math — they gain confidence
Our daughter was struggling silently with Grade 3 math by the time we found out in the Spring of 2024. We toured several after school math tutoring programs near us and chose Forest Hill Mathnasium for their educational approach, well staffed tutors, facility amendments, hours of operation and location.
Fast forward to the present and our daughter breezed through Grade 4 math and sciences with confidence and enthusiasm.
We are continuing with year round with Forest Hill Mathnasium for the remainder of elementary school and likely into Middle School.

Mathnasium Ancaster is a fabulous place to help your child with math, when my daughter started there in Grade 11. She had never been good at Math and was sitting at a 56% and given up on it.
Fast forward to the end of grade 12 with summer school in grade 11 and Ken and his team’s unwavering support she finished grade 12 with a 86% Thank you Ken and everyone at Mathnasium!!!

We joined Mathnasium about a month ago, and I see a huge change in my child's attitude towards math. Even during the initial assessment, we felt a welcoming and open approach. The atmosphere of the learning environment immediately put my child at ease. Paul was great at explaining the structure of the program and was genuine about his passion for supporting youth in their academic journey. One month later, my child is still eager to attend every math session. With the teaching structure at Mathnasium, my child is able to receive one-on-one attention from the tutors. She told me that her questions are addressed fully, and she is learning new things in every session. Paul has been great at accommodating our busy summer schedule. Thank you, Paul and Mathnasium!
