I hope there is a plan to revitalize the clay courts for summer playing.
Availability of free weights and areas where I can mix in a higher intensity workout with short jogs or jump roping.
It’s also not quite as busy as say Fayetteville.
The front desk is friendly and helpful and the group exercises are great. People are so friendly and you get a good work out.

I love the connections I’ve made by attending classes. There are a range of types of classes I attend and they are all great! The instructors are personable and compassionate while giving you a great work out and encouragement!

This is our second year with before and after care at the Manlius Y and we absolutely adore the staff that care after our son. We can shout the praises of this experience enough.
Kids liked it there. Bus comes three quickly from school saving kids time. It would be even better if some afterscho activities were offered such as soccer, etc

Love the gentle yoga classes - can you have more in the early am - before 10? Julie is great at the 7:30 am Monday class! It’s hard to get into later classes since the max class size is 15 and it’s a very small room and fills up fast and I don't always remember to sign up (required every 2 weeks). Lots of us seniors around that need this awesome workout to improve flexibility.
Everyone is friendly and helpful here, I live in DeWitt and Fayetteville is closer but they have very few gentle yoga classes, even though they have lots of space!
Very nice equipment and friendly staff. Just joined and looking forward to doing a class soon - many options to choose from!
