She went above and beyond to help me resolve the error i was receiving. I appreciate all the help provided by Ana. Resolution was smooth and faster. Thank you again to Ana to make my first experience hassle free.
I had to pay for a book ($10) so my child Edgar Contreras (Bethune Elementary) was able to attend a feild trip last school year and the book was returned to the school from what the teacher advised, and I was never refunded or credited the money paid fpr the book.
