We like to walk 3 miles a day. The CNY weather has been so miserable that we rely on the track at the YMCA for our daily walks. We enjoy the exercise and often encounter people we know so it is also fun to socialize.

The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help with any issue. It's also not crowded most of the time so one can access the pool easily.
I love having the indoor track for running. The Wednesday morning run group with Kelle is a great workout and start to the day!

I love the walking track, all the gym equipment, the classes they offer. I also love the pool. It is located 1/2 mile from my house which makes it so convenient. I also love that they participate in Silver Sneakers so I can afford to use this beautiful facility
I like the classes and the instructors ( Jill Hutko, Elena Gillis, Margarita Shuster) they are very professional, positive vibes and friendly. They make you feel like family and you enjoy the classes, they push you to be better every day.

All employees need to answer the properly here's how the phone should be answered good morning or afternoon or evening this is the downtown ymca Bob speaking how can I help you . All employees need to go through a employee customer service course.
