I enjoy the adult aerobic classes in the lazy river and the therapy pool. The instructors are great and very motivational. The only negative for me is that I have to travel 35-45 minutes to get to your facility. But, that's on me, not the YMCA. If I lived closer, I'd be there every day! Thanks for having such wonderful programs!!
Suggestion: Have larger or more signage in the ladies locker room so people know that it is not appropriate for them to have their cell phones out and pointed toward people. I don't want to worry about people taking pictures when I am changing my clothes! Thanks!
It has the proper equipment that I need to stay healthy and well.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Wish they could have more resources for programs, but overall I like it.

I love everything honestly . The facility is brightly lit. It is clean. People are friendly. There is something for everyone truly a great experience every time I go. Ava & Aurora are two of my favorite lifeguards

The exercise classes it offers . I attend Yoga classes regularly and have recently tried Pilates which I will add to my workout.

My experience with the North area family YM.C.A has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is always been friendly helpful.
The friendly people and the wide variety of equipment.
I can't think of a better way for a parent with young kids to spend time than letting them play in water instead of TV as a babysitter. From infant daycare to activities for old folks like me there's something for every age that replaces starring at a phone. You can tell a lot about a store or Dr office by the way employees act. At the Y everyone is happy ,friendly and eager to help. I used to think the YMCA was just another place to exercise. It's more like a little village where everyone welcomes you.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and inviting. My only complaint: Some members use the weight machines as their personal phone booth.

The place was very clean. I loved the track upstairs. The new machines downstairs. There was a special group of machines that I wanted to try. Something like Emry not not sure of exact name of it. You had to have training before usage. Staff were friendly as well. The downstairs was laid out really nicely.
It has all the equipment I need. Plus handball courts . Always good company..
The welcoming atmosphere. The woman at the front desk helped me find my location and loaned me a paddle I did not know I needed. The beginners pickleball group were super welcoming. They put up with my lack of experience, encouraged me, allowed me extra serves and gave me lots of tips. The also told me about classes that would help me. They were pleased to see me return for a second time.

Great facility and staff. I recommend that some measures to reduce noise would be well. Flipping huge tires so they crash to the floor, weight lifters who drop their weights hard to the floor, basketball players who apparently can’t play without a lot of hollering, people talking into your ear while making long senseless telephone calls, etc. All disconcerting and annoying.

The facility is beautiful, nice atmosphere. Christina at the front desk/check-in was very helpful and pleasant.
