It's great that court time rates drop in the summer and unlike some other indoor courts, there is some air conditioning...and it's been a big difference this summer!

I like the people.
Many things. One is that the children are in their own areas. Except when one of their parents thinks it's good idea to bring them in the cardio room to play on the elliptical machines or whatever.
Also, not a good idea to spray toxic cleaner on the mirrors by the elliptical machines during the hours members are using them. Which then we inhale while were huffing and puffing away on the machine trying to work out. Why not do this either BEFORE or AFTER the cardio area is open for use my members?
Lisa and the rest of the staff are the best! They all go above and beyond to do their best and maintain a very high standard. Their customer service alone is stellar. I greatly appreciate all of their good work.
The pool exercise classes. The most popular classes it would be nice to rotate new peoples ability to sign up. The same people sign in to the classes so quickly no space is available to try those classes.
Northwest Family experience, a great place for all family members, definitely aligned with its vision for the community. The place is always incredibly CLEAN and with a very inviting atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, you are greeted with a smile and they are always willing to assist with any need and or concern you may have. I highly recommend Northwest Family YMCA.
