Conveniently located, always clean, friendly staff.
I like the variety of classes and easy parking. Staff at the front desk are always friendly.
I bring a special needs adult female to your facility 3 times a week. When we enter your front door, all of the YMCA team is always ready and willing to help with her ID, locker key and anything else. If there are any questions from her, the team is patient and always listening.
As we enter the locker room, bathroom, the gym equipment room, etc. the areas are kept clean, or they staff is busy cleaning those areas.
Also, the AT, Athletic Trainers, have been very willing to help her if I ask for guidance. We usually see Suzie during our exercise visits. Lately our time at the Y has changed to afternoon, but we still feel comfortable to ask for help.

Love the diversity of people and programs at the YMCA!! There is something for everyone with any ability and it is not "elitist". Very comfortable, homey feel.
