The technicians are very courteous. They always communicate what they are going to do and where they will be on the property. I'm always comfortable with them around.

I liked that the technician performed the termite inspection and I did not have to be home. I had a doctor's appt. in Charleston. The technician sent me an
email and left a notice on my door that she/he had been there.

Josh did a wonderful job looking at areas of the house for evidence of bugs and rodents also asking questions about the issues I was having. He shared some things I need to do to stop any potential issues and with the vents missing screens sent me quotes that same evening. I was VERY pleased!
