Despite receiving the reminder emails, I get very busy and forget to schedule my pest/termite service. However, for the 5 yrs that I've been using Terminix for my pest/termite control, my guy, not sure of his name because I have a poor memory, makes sure that I still get the service I need. We've developed a great customer/company relationship over that time period and I trust him implicitly to provide the service I pay for. It is greatly appreciated

Terminix sends me reminders when my service is due. We have a wonderful service technician, Dennis Horak, who does a great job. He even leaves a Christmas card! I have left special instructions at times and they are always followed.
Technicians are always on time, or you receive phone call explaining the delay.
All technicians are very friendly and courteous and go about the services in a professional
manner.
I have used Terminix for over 4 years and have never had an issue with either the
technicians or the office staff. I just wish all businesses I deal with were this professional
