If you have a service man like John Thomas - he is thorough, polite and very good at his job. I have had 1 or 2 many years ago who were in and out in a flash where John knows where I had problems (not super serious), and checks out those spots. He is an asset to your company.

I called for first time service and Mr Kevin came out within a few hours. He was very thorough explaining what he was going to do and how to treat. He also let me know that if we needed him to come back before the scheduled visit, that he’d happy to come out. We have seen 100% improvement since the day he came out. Very happy with this treatment plan.
