They give you an exact time they are coming and that's when they come. They are fast and ask if you have had any problems which they then address.
I mainly like my inspector Alan. He’s been with me for nearly 2 years. Knows the property, the house and our dog. He’s always willing to listen if I have questions or concerns and he’s always willing to adjust his schedule to fit our needs at that moment.

Peace of mind is my main concern when it come to things that crawl around inside my house and Terminix takes care of that and I like the guarantee that if there is a problem then the tech will come back and take care of the situation.
