Great service provided super fast. We had a tough commercial job that needed immediate attention. The Hartsville, S.C. Terminix office provided an experienced personnel who were on-site quickly and got the job involving four warehouses completed in an matter of days. Super service. Can't say enough good things about Mike Adams and his team!

As stated previously, Corey found that I had a problem and suggested what I should do. And I might add the problem was present 3 months prior when another Terminix employee did my inspection but he did not tell me which still upsets me. The problem is presently being resolved thanks to Corey. I very much appreciate his honesty.

He was so concerned about my problem (which had been present 3 months earlier and was not addressed by the guy). He advised me what my problem could be. And after a consultation with Serv Pro on Monday, he was 100 percent correct. I appreciated his honesty and hopefully he will be my technician from now on. He is thorough and does his job extremely well, even though he apologized for having to give me the bad news. But I am so glad he did before my problem worsened. He needs a raise.
