Flexibility: A matter about unrecognized white flakes (almost like soap flakes) in our cellar were unknown by our Terminix representative, but he offered to inquire at his home office.

We had made another appointment (medical) after having our
Terminix visit with our representative agreeing to spray our home first rather than the usual outside to inside routine.

Friendly, and effective. Not to mention very budget friendly. Easy pay is awesome, and very helpful. Cant forget to mention the awesome customer service we get! James is always super friendly, and courteous. Made sure everything was good, and explained everything during the process.
