Terminex could not be represented better than Eddie Tyner. When he drives up we feel as if a family member has come to visit. He answers/explains all of our questions, no matter how ridiculous they may sound. He works in an efficient manner but never leaves a stone unturned. And he always tells us if we have a problem before his next visit we only need call so that he can come back and address it. I’m sure you have other qualified professional employees but none can top Eddie. He’s an excellent PR person in every way. We don’t hesitate to recommend you to others. We plan to be loyal customers for years to come.
Eddie makes us feel like we’re part of his family. I never have a question, no matter how foolish it makes me look, that he doesn’t take the time to answer/explain. He goes about his visit in a fast, but extremely way, telling us that if we have any problems before his next visit we only need to call. We don’t hesitate to recommend Terminex to family and friends, mainly because of the way Eddie Tyner represents your company. I’m sure your other employees are well trained, but you’ll never have another Eddie. (He’s an excellent PR person and should be commended by his bosses, all the way up the chain. ) we can’t say enough about Terminex services and look forward to many more years.
