Good e-mail notifications as to when it is time for Terminex home visits, letting us know when driver is on their way to home, professional and knowledgeable Terminex technician who patiently answered our questions and gave us feedback on the in-ground Terminex traps and how they work with the termites. Took his time checking inside and outside the home for possible termite infestation. Very satisfied with Terminex services.
