Johnny is very thorough spraying inside and outside. Always asks if I have any problems where he needs to be aware. Made another visit to check my termite traps. For some reason I was short three traps and put those in for me. I was grateful that he was so thorough and knew exactly how to help me. Always want him to do my inspections.

I’ve been on a losing streak with service providers in my area. 5 HVAC companies failed miserably. Painters? 3 never even called back. Even an oral surgeon made me wait an hour for a consult. Lawn chemical company wouldn’t take my money. I wanted more bug service.
But Terminix? They have “IT”. They answer the phone, not a voicemail box. Are polite, professional, flexible, on time, kept promises, did quality work, weren’t pushy, and thanked me for my business.
