when ever I have a problem, Terminix sends someone over to fix it. Everyone is so polite to where I feel their family to me. With out giving my name, they already know it by the sound of my voice. Brandy is so sweet in understanding what I'm trying to say. Marc handles inside and outside of my house in a timely manner. Today, marc took care of the fire ants for me.
