Service is generally timely and we’ve generally been pleased with the service we receive. I am a bit disappointed that the openings that occurred in the basement haven’t been repaired, since I’ve mentioned it multiple times. One was missed during the initial installation of the sealed basement, and the other seems to be where something blew it out. Yet, during my annual inspections it never gets mentioned, nor does any corrective action happen. I understood my annual fee would take care of that kind of maintenance.
Having said that, Rick has been a good guy, and provided a lot of great services for us.
Technician went out of his way to explain the fire ant extermination process in detail, he gave a thorough explanation of the billing and even walked me through each step he was taking when charging my card. Great customer service experience. Though it’s too early to see if the treatments have worked, I would definitely recommend based solely on my experience with the technician.
