Our "Terminix Guy" Larry is the epidemy of customer service and professionalism. He takes his work seriously starting with contacting individuals and setting up appointments. If we didn't have Larry then I couldn't say whether or not we would still be with Terminix.
Angelo is the Tech who has been servicing my home for years. He is such a personable and nice man. We are like old friends by now. The ladies who I speak to when I renew are always so pleasant and helpful. If I ever see any bugs, I just call and let them know. Usually it is only when service is due anyway.
My technician, Willie, is punctual, knowledgeable, and professional.
