I can be honest, right? I mean, that's the point here - raw, honest feedback. So here you go: Larry is the sole reason we use your service. And I mean that with the nicest of all intentions!! He goes above and beyond when servicing the home and property, and is textbook accurate with the way he proceeds. You can tell he cares about what he is doing for his customer, and not just completing a job or task he is assigned at a residence.
I have had other providers service our residence, both outside your company, and within. And within the last year! Larry performs a beyond satisfactory job. Without his service, I honestly do not think I would continue my business. To be frank, it is a bit costly, at least to us. Especially factoring in whole home service, termite bonds, etc etc. "You get what you pay for" is another honest statement, and couldn't be more true in this case. I know I am getting animal friendly products, which is very important to us. And ease of scheduling has been an added plus. But there is a lot of competition in your market, who most likely practice similar standards.
Are you getting the message here? Great!! Than, you too believe in an army of Larry's. Performing the same service and dedication EVERY SINGLE TIME for EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. I want to thank you for employing and training an individual such as Larry, as he has helped you gain my business.
(If I were in reading this, and in any decision making capacity within Terminix, I would probably be on the phone with Larry now, promoting and moving him into a leadership and training role. But I am just a lowly sales manager by day, tax accountant extraordinaire by night. And briefly knowing Larry, he probably wouldn't want anything more than a job well done. And shouldn't we all be striving for that??)
