Our Technician, Larry, was a good communicator. Explained in detail what the MIST would do in the garage, so we decided against it. Evaluated the spiders in the garage and let us know these were typical spiders and not brown recluse. Took time to describe the areas he would be spraying and how it would not harm our family members. Trusted Larry to handle the exterminating in a professional manner.
The gentleman was on time and did a good job checking our home. He reported problems and offered suggestions.
