Ordinarily I give Angelo 5 stars always. He is kind, thoughtful and does his job well. This past visit, he was two hours late. He said he was across town. I can only believe that this was totally a bad scheduling issue. Not his fault. I had wanted him to come inside (which I don't always do) but I had run out of time. So I'm going to have to reschedule him to come back. The scheduling person definitely needs to improve. Also, there are several houses on my street that he services. I know I would not object to you adjusting my schedule to coincide with my neighbors.
Terminex does a good job explaining what’s going on and how is going to get it fix.
