I never saw the Terminix employee who worked on my termite treatment so I have no comments to make.
What we like the best is the service Willie gives us. If he says he is going to be there at a certain time, then he is there. We also like the fact that he has managed to control the roaches coming into our house. One sneaks in once in a while but not too often.
Our account has been open for over 30 years and the team has been steady in keeping up with our termite control and pest control. The phone staff has always been pleasant to work with and the technicians are usually on time. Our last visit was delayed with good reasons but when the gentleman came, he worked intensely to do a great job and did not rush through our job. I was impressed with his genuine expression of apology for being late.
Jerome always takes good care of us. I’ve had to call them back in between services and they were happy to help.
Prompt and efficient, technician asked if I wanted inside treatment, I said yes because although the few small bugs that got inside were dead, let’s keep it that way. They always look for nests to spray or knock down.
