Daniel was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly explain exactly what type of insect/bug damaged my house and provided detailed information on how to get rid of the carpenter bees and repair the house damage to prevent them from coming back. He cared enough to take pictures and double check with his manager. I've tried other companies and Terminex shows how committed and caring they are in providing excellent service. Thank you Terminex.
